Primeline Industries is in the process of developing downloadable tools to help our customers with product development, shipping rates, sizing, and conversion.

A question often asked by engineers and product developers is "Do you have the pounds of force applied by your tubing at different stretch levels?"  The answer is "yes".  You can download our force calculator.

Our force calculator spreadsheet will calculate the direct pounds of resistance at different levels of elongation.  It will compare up to 4 sizes of tubing, plot the results on a line graph, and calculate the percent of difference between the sizes.  It is worth mentioning that our tubing is a vulcanized product.  The age of the tubing plays an important role in its physical properties.  The results of this spread sheet are closely related to the physical properties of our tubing the day it would ship from our factory.

The "Freight Class Calculator and Transport Rate Request Tool" is a spreadsheet that will calculate freight class for you easily.  Simply enter the pieces, dimensions, and weight and it will calculate the class for each individual item and one for the entire shipment for FAK (Freight All Kind) LTL.
